Situated in the heart of North Kent, this visionary development offers a range of high-quality homes, alongside excellent transport links, beautiful parks and an ever expanding range of local amenities.
Ebbsfleet Garden City wanted to provide their new home owners with a welcome pack that provides them with information on things to see and do in the area, along with a bespoke map so residents could discover what makes Ebbsfleet unique.
Capturing the Spirit of Green, Open Living Through Print
We delivered a complete suite of six bespoke print items for Ebbsfleet Garden City, all unified by a fresh creative direction we developed specifically for this project. This included three beautifully designed brochures, a unique seeded and plantable business card, an eye-catching welcome pack folder, and a large fold-out map to help new residents explore the area. While each piece had its own distinct purpose, we ensured a cohesive look and feel across the board, staying true to the existing brand guidelines while injecting new energy and warmth into the visual identity. From concept through to final artwork, our work focused on creating something tactile, engaging and memorable for new homeowners.
Helping New Residents Feel Right at Home
The welcome pack now plays an important role in how new residents experience life in Ebbsfleet from the very beginning. By combining practical local information with their bespoke map, the pack invites homeowners to explore their new neighbourhood and feel part of something bigger.
More than just a guide, it tells the story of the Ebbsfleet Garden City; its vision, its values, and what makes it special. The aim was to show residents that they’re not just buying a home, they’re becoming part of a growing, vibrant community built on thoughtful design and shared purpose.
