The Brief.
April 2019, our sister brand – Vespa Design & Publishing – launched National Geographic's Precious Rocks, Gems & Minerals collection in Australia. The country-wide launch required a multi-channel advertising & marketing campaign.
Our Solution.
A bespoke Australian website was created, supported by a pay-per-click (PPC) campaign on Google Ads. As this was a brand-new product launch in Australia, the Google Ads campaign ensured that consumers living in Australia who saw the TV commercial would be able to easily find the website. With more than 40% of all eCommerce purchases being made on a smartphone, we also had to create a mobile-responsive site which would integrate into an e:commerce portal to allow the purchase of Precious Rocks by subscription
The TV commercial and $400,000 media campaign was developed and planned by DayOne Design in the UK before being released to our Australian media partners.
We are proud to say that the multi-channel campaigns integrated perfectly and the sales are above target!
