Hatton By Design.
Online diamond jewellery seller, Hatton By Design was a new entrant into a market dominated by high street retailers. Their luxury brand, online-only offering required an SEO strategy to differentiate them from both high-end competitors and other non-competitive online jewellery sellers that would ultimately lead them to appear on the first page of Google rankings, and ideally in the top three slots.
Our strategy was to employ a set of search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques, content marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing, and social media management. It was agreed with our client that the Hatton By Design brand would benefit from having a minimalist, luxury aesthetic and authoritative tone of voice.
Following both analysis of Hatton’s website traffic and that of their competitors, we were able to determine a key-word search strategy that would rank Hatton at the top of the first page by focusing on a very specific set of search terms. Having optimised the website via content marketing (key words, blogs and product descriptions) around our determined strategy we were able to achieve the search engine ranking results for costs significantly lower than those advised by Google’s automated price setting. In addition, and to support the website optimisation, we created and ran digital marketing campaigns for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and Google ads.
